Steven Thompson is the founder and owner of Superior Home Services. Steven has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Indiana State University. He worked as a Project Manager for a concrete company for three years before starting SHS in the fall of 2020. What started as a one man handyman service has grown into a custom home construction company. Steven has been married to his wife, Katelyn, since 2018. They love to travel and enjoy being in the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, hunting, and camping.

Justin Hufford is the Chief Operations Officer. He has been with SHS since 2021. He thrives on hard work, adventure, and giving back. When he’s not managing projects, you’ll likely find him outdoors—whether it’s hunting, snowboarding, or spending time on the water. Beyond his personal passions, Justin serves as a volunteer firefighter, showing the same commitment to his community as he does to his projects and pastimes.

Michael Gregorash is the Project Manager who brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to every project he oversees. Outside of work, he enjoys collecting and tasting wines, spending time outdoors—whether hiking, kayaking, or exploring nature—and hitting the golf course whenever he can. One unique thing about Michael is his impressive green thumb—he once owned over 100 different species of plants, showcasing his patience and care both in and out of the workplace.

Tammy Sandefur is the Home Consultant who helps clients bring their dream homes to life by guiding them through selections like colors, finishes, and design details. In addition to her role in homebuilding, Tammy is also a real estate agent with a passion for helping people find the perfect place to call home.

Outside of work, Tammy enjoys crocheting, bowling, going on cruises, and all things tech-related. A fun fact—Tammy is double-jointed in her hands, and her fingers actually bend backward! Known for her determination, if you tell her she can’t do something, she’ll find a way to prove you wrong.
